'Neighbor' is negative lee nyce's sixth project, his second EP, & the third addition to Verbal Anime's catalog that is completely produced by Kid Sugoi with the 'mangled soul' sound. This 4 track album is solely the brainchild of Sugoi during a visit to VA in 2015 (in preparation for the illegal prophets JRJ V performance) where in lee was challenged to show a more 'happy side' of his surroundings using the lightheartedness of his personality.
