Originally recorded for a Jazz influenced Hip Hop EP (in 2015) titled "i felt like destroying something beautiful", that was all but lost in a computer crashed & shelved for 9 years (for personal issues), has now been released as an exclusive 12" called "Kill That Jazz".

In '(a)part(ment) three', lee nyce reflects on the living conditions faced by some of his close friends inside a subpar housing complex located in his hometown. The song itself was inspired (& wrote) after 'BMore' was almost electrocuted in his building while boiling Ramen - venting his frustrations toward 'The Super'.

On 'convos (are) a bitch', lee nyce writes what has become his 'divorce papers' or (in some cases) his 'love letter' to his alcoholism. In true 'jazz lounge' style the track embodies his love for the bottle in the form of a woman who can not only make you feel wonderful - but can also love you to death if you're not careful.
